Bryan Lloyd L. Dela Rosa is the Managing Partner of BLL Dela Rosa & Partners. He is responsible for the firm’s overall leadership and strategic direction while maintaining an active practice focused on commercial litigation, arbitration, tax litigation, regulatory advisory, and special projects. Bryan advises corporations, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals on complex disputes, tax controversies, and other high-stakes legal matters. Bryan is known for his disciplined and analytical approach to legal advocacy. With a background in Applied Mathematics, he approaches each engagement with precision, emphasizing objective legal analysis, strategic thinking, and practical solutions. He believes that effective legal representation begins with a candid assessment of both the strengths and the risks of a client’s position, enabling clients to make informed decisions with confidence.

A proud product of the Philippine public school system, Bryan graduated as the first valedictorian of Commonwealth High School – Holy Spirit Annex in 2006. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics (Major in Actuarial Science) from the University of the Philippines Los Baños in 2010 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from San Beda College of Law in 2014. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015. Throughout his career, Bryan has represented clients in significant commercial and tax controversies, including proceedings before the Court of Tax Appeals, and has advised clients on a broad range of regulatory and corporate matters. His multidisciplinary background enables him to analyze legally and commercially complex issues with clarity, structure, and precision.

Bryan believes that the practice of law is ultimately a profession of trust. Outside the office, Bryan enjoys golf and values the time he spends with his family. He is happily married and is a devoted father to two sons, with a third child on the way.
