Atty. Bienvenido M. Co Jr. (Atty. Co) is a partner at BLL Dela Rosa & Partners, where he leads the firm’s Disputes Practice Group.  He specializes in litigation, with a strong emphasis on civil and criminal cases.  He represents clients in a broad range of disputes, including civil, criminal, tax, and administrative matters.  Beyond litigation, Atty. Co also handles arbitration, general corporate matters, M&A, joint ventures, real estate transactions, as well as labor and employment matters.

Atty. Co began his legal career at Gatmaytan Yap Patacsil Gutierrez & Protacio (C&G Law) as an underbar associate from January to May 2023 and as an associate from May 2023 to July 2024.  During his time at C&G Law, he was mentored by a highly regarded practitioner consistently ranked among the Philippines’ Top 100 Lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal.  

In September 2024, Atty. Co joined Atty. Bryan Lloyd L. Dela Rosa at Dela Rosa & Casilla Law; in March 2026, Atty. Dela Rosa and Atty. Co founded a new firm, BLL Dela Rosa & Partners.

Atty. Co earned his Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University College of Law in 2022, graduating as class salutatorian and was the recipient of the Dean Feliciano Jover Ledesma Academic Achievement Award.  Atty. Co was admitted to the Philippine Bar on May 02, 2023
